Medical Inquiries and Refills
We encourage you to communicate with your physician’s office directly by calling the office, or emailing your request through Patient Portal regarding any personal and confidential medical inquiries, refills, scheduling of appointments, test results, etc. For access and information pertaining to TPMG Patient Portal, please see below.

Access to Patient Portal
To obtain a Security Enrollment Token for access to Patient Portal, please contact your physician’s office directly. Let them know that you would like to have a Security Enrollment Token number, and they will be happy to provide you with the token, as well as additional information and to answer any questions that you may have. You will also be asked for your email address in order for your record to be connected to Patient Portal.
Please do not request Security Enrollment Tokens through Contact Us. Security Enrollment Tokens cannot be issued through the Webmaster or Patient Advocate due to restrictions concerning access to your confidential medical record.
Patient Portal access allows you to pay your bill online, view your electronic health record plan of care notes and test results, request refills of medication, request appointments and communicate with your physician and his/her staff all at your convenience, 24 hours a day!
When you visit Patient Portal or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By signing up and enrolling in Patient Portal, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on Patient Portal, such as upcoming appointment reminders, notifications when statements have been posted to your account or when new information such as notes and/or test results are made available to you to view through the Portal.
If you use Patient Portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone.
If you experience difficulties in logging into Patient Portal due to a change in your email address, forgetting your User ID or being locked out, please contact your physician’s office directly. An office staff member has access to your record, and can reset or assist you in reactivating or updating your Patient Portal account. Please do not email requests through “Contact Us”, as your record is only accessible to your physician’s office.
If you choose to opt-out of Patient Portal, you must notify your physician’s office directly to disengage your Patient Portal account. Please do not email the Webmaster “Contact Us”, as your confidential record is maintained only by your physician’s office.
Your privacy is important to us. You will need to enter a User ID and password to access and use Patient Portal, along with answering the security question that you select. TPMG personnel will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or an unsolicited email. Remember to sign out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished your session. We employ reasonable and current security methods to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure correct use of information. Your account information and profile are password protected.

TPMG strives to provide the best quality patient care; however, there are times when concerns need to be brought to our attention.
If you have a concern about any TPMG office or staff member, please contact the office manager at that location first. Our office managers are available to assist you with issues that you may have regarding their office and/or service. Please give them the opportunity to correctly address any of your concerns.

Online Bill Pay and Billing Inquiries
If you would like to make a payment online, you may do so through Patient Portal. Please see information above in order to obtain access.
You may also make a payment on your account by clicking on the Pay Online tab that appears on the top of our Home page. Your account number is shown on your billing statement, and is information needed in order to make an online payment. To receive a receipt, please “Always Allow” pop-ups on our secure payment page. If you do not allow pop-ups, you will not be able to print a receipt of your payment for your records.
Payments can also be made by contacting our TPMG Central Billing Office at (757) 232-8777, and a representative will process your payment over the phone. Additionally, you may mail in your payment, or make a payment at any of our TPMG office locations. All TPMG offices are available to receive payments for services that were performed at another TPMG office.
Billing statements will show all TPMG offices where services were rendered during that billing cycle consolidated on one statement, and only one statement will be mailed to the patient. If you are in need of financial assistance, please contact the TPMG Central Billing Office and speak with one of our representatives.
At times, your payment may cross paths with our billing statement in the mail. This will result in a bill that may have already been paid. If you feel that this has happened, and you have already made your payment, please contact our billing office and one of our representatives will review your account to confirm that payment has been received and posted to your account. Our representative will let you know if you should disregard the billing statement.
Additionally, payments made are always applied towards any outstanding balance with TPMG. If you are making a payment towards your current visit (copay, etc.), and you have an outstanding balance at any TPMG office, the amount paid will be applied towards the older balance. We recommend that you check with your office to verify any outstanding balances, and remain current on any balances from previous office visits and/or testing that was performed through TPMG. TPMG has a contract with an outside collection agency to retrieve any outstanding balances. We recommend that our patients contact our billing office or physician’s office directly to make any payments, or to discuss financial assistance.
