Jordan Lee, PT, DPT, received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise, Sport, and Health Education with a concentration in Sports Medicine from Radford University in Virginia. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Radford University in Roanoke, Virginia. Jordan joins TPMG Physical Therapy in Newport News.

As an athlete who suffered multiple injuries growing up, Jordan was directly exposed to the field of physical therapy. His personal experiences of building relationships with physical therapists sparked his interest to pursue medicine. He valued the amount of time and effort spent optimizing his recovery. Jordan’s approach to his patients is full of empathy, as he can relate first-hand to their experiences.

As a certified physical therapist, Jordan has experience treating sports medicine, post-op rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedic patients. As a provider, he is fully invested in creating a therapeutic alliance with each patient and providing exceptional care. At TPMG Physical Therapy, he treats patients of all ages for orthopedic/sports medicine conditions. He performs treatment interventions such as dry needling, manual therapy, and spinal manipulation, along with therapeutic exercises that optimize movement and improve the quality of life of his patients. He has special interests in treating rotational athletes such as golfers, as well as foot and ankle pathologies. Jordan practices active communication by listening to patient concerns and guiding them in the right direction in terms of their recovery.

As an avid sports fan and long-time athlete, Jordan spends his free time playing golf and watching sports on television. When he takes time off from sports, he is traveling and spending time with his family and friends. In the Hampton Roads area, he admires the diverse community of people, the many golf courses, and the proximity to the beach.
