Mark R. Winters, MD received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and earned his Doctor of Medicine at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Family Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Winters is board certified in Family Medicine, an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School, and Past-President of the Virginia Beach Academy of Family Physician.
He has been practicing in Virginia Beach for over 20 years. His special medical interests include sports medicine, hypertension, and clinical research.
