He also supports patients during both pre-operative and post-operative appointments for the group, assists in expanding care to the groups’ patients by consulting and rounding in the hospital, and acting as the assistant in the operating room.
Michael is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. His areas of research interest include the integration of Advanced Practice Clinicians in expanding care to under-served populations.
In his leisure time, Michael enjoys traveling with his wife and two children, competing in disc dog competitions with his Australian Shepard, and writing for a film blog with his friends. In the ever-changing climate of healthcare, he enjoys the opportunity as a Physician Assistant to provide personalized care and attention to individualized patients, as well as working collaboratively with the group’s orthopedic doctors to provide the best quality of care possible.
