Foot and Ankle Physician Assistant in Virginia Beach

Volha “Olga” Just, PA-C earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and a Master of Physician Assistant from Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS)   in Norfolk, Virginia. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

After graduating from the Physician Assistant program at EVMS, Volha served in the U.S. Navy. While on active duty she served three years in family medicine working at several Naval Branch clinics in Hampton Roads. During this time she was recognized as one of the top 20 primary care providers within Navy medicine by the Tidewater Virginia “Best of the Best” Joint Outpatient Report. Upon completion of active duty service, Volha transitioned to the U.S. Navy Reserves, where she worked as a contractor in family medicine and for the Navy for two years. Volha’s experience in the military allows her to relate well to military families and ensure the highest-quality of care. Volha also worked as a civilian at Naval Branch Health Clinic Oceana in family medicine.

While she comes from a family medicine background, Volha is no stranger to the podiatry specialty. Working in the Navy, she saw a population that was very active and thus, more prone to foot and ankle injuries such as sprains and heel pain. As a first-hand observer of how injuries of the foot and ankle can have a life-altering impact for her patients, Volha is excited and ready to work in this field and make a difference in her patient’s lives. Volha provides general podiatric care, including the treatment of heel pain, sports foot and ankle injuries, diabetic foot care, and post-op follow-up.

Volha has also devoted time to education, assisting as a precept for physician assistant and nurse practitioner students. She is also a member of the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants (VAPA).

Volha is originally from Belarus and has lived in the United States for the last 17 years. When she’s not seeing patients, Volha enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her husband and their four daughters. Volha warmly welcomes new patients to reserve an appointment with her at TPMG Foot and Ankle in Virginia Beach.
